Existing accounts

Members with an account can sign in, maintain their profile, create private project rooms, and save and edit draft proposals. Public enrollment is not available in this foundation.

Private submission and review

    Document the proposal

    Complete versioned declarations and disclosures.

  2. 02 / Submission

    Preserve a revision

    Record a typed-name acknowledgment and submit a locked proposal snapshot.

  3. 03 / Review

    Follow the decision

    Track review status and private reasons. If changes are requested, edit the working draft and submit a new revision.

Software access

Open software. Clear terms.

Paid memberships and training may be offered. Registry software remains free and open source; organizations may use or self-host it without purchasing membership. Billing is not implemented.

Community participation in technical governance does not convey ownership of the intended LLC. Read about the planned organization.
